**How you’ll make an impact**:
People will be at the heart of everything you do, you will work with stakeholders to understand the needs of CX, how any project based changes will impact them and advocate what is needed for our people to ensure that projects and initiatives are a success.

You’ll work closely with CX teams to build a deep understanding of the project and change landscape, driving improvement opportunities and setting up a feedback loop on these opportunities. You will deliver the change and communication elements of our global CX strategic projects, to our global CX teams.

This role requires a person who is a great team player, and comfortable working across multiple projects, as well as multiple time zones. You will be creative, driven and a problem solver. You will be flexible, highly adaptable to change, proactive and a great communicator.

**What you’ll do**:

- Lead and execute the delivery of CX initiatives from discovery through to delivery and embedment
- Work with key stakeholders to understand the change for our people, assessing impacts and determining a plan to prepare our teams and ensure change lands effectively within CX
- Understand the holistic change landscape for CX, assessing readiness for change and highlighting any risks with wider project timelines
- Drive the channels and methods for connecting with our team, improving our current approaches and developing new opportunities that aligns to our strategy and brings the change narrative to life
- Streamline and optimise daily communication needs for the global CX team, ensuring teams are easily informed of change and updates, and in turn equipped to deliver beautiful experiences to our customers
- Ensure we are monitoring the effectiveness of our strategies, measuring success, collecting feedback and making improvements based on the feedback.

**What you’ll bring with you**:

- Experience within a Customer focused organisation (desirable)
- Proven experience in change and communication management
- Experience with project management & the project life cycle
- Delivering creative communication solutions
- Experience in a variety of change environments
- Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to set priorities in a collaborative environment, managing all the moving parts.
