**About the role**

We are looking for experienced people leaders with multi-site or franchise management experience. You will coach, develop and mentor our Restaurant Managers to build high performing teams. This role will be based in Christchurch and if possible full training will be provided in Auckland for 2 months. This role will require someone with a degree of flexibility.

Rest assured you’ll be joining an experienced Operations team that has support from our Executive Leadership to ensure Taco Bell is well placed today and for the future.
- Manage multiple stores as well as a large workforce
- Operate as a Field Based Manager driving operational standards as well as store performance
- Coach, develop and mentor Restaurant Managers whilst also building effective teams within stores to ensure a succession plan
- Drive customer experience to ensure high standards are met and customer satisfaction is high
- Ensure all Health and Safety standards are met and the wellbeing of all staff is a priority
- Manage multiple P&L's across a portfolio, managing budgets and analysing data

**Your success will be demonstrated by**:

- Proven experience managing multiple sites including oversight of people, P&L, physical sites etc
- A clear understanding of operations within a Quick service restaurant (QSR)/Retail/Hospitality environment or similar
- Prior experience managing teams and dealing with people issues and processes
- Experience building effective and high performing teams
- Leading direct reports to success; skilled at developing people and engaging them to deliver to set standards
- Clearly communicating a vision as well as work instructions that others deliver to
- Showing a passion for delivering results and bringing your people on a journey with you
