As a Venue Manager, your role is to run the establishment’s day to day operations while leading your team of duty managers and front of house staff to success. We are looking for Venue Managers who can hit the ground running, lead an energetic team and smash our customers' expectations out of the park. For this role, you will champion delivering a consistently great service, be a team player, maintain composure in a busy environment while successfully multi-tasking the delivery of customer expectations, training and development of your new team as well as be able to drive and grow the business.
- The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00 per hour depending on experience._
- This is a full-time position with a minimum expected week of 45 hours per week._
- Due to the nature of hospitality, we are a 7-day business, shifts will vary from morning to night and days will vary._

- You will be a motivating and hands on leader
- You understand the difference between “customer service” and creating a fantastic “customer experience” - creating the feeling of manaakitanga in your venue, with your customers and with your team
- You will be energetic and enthusiastic with great communication skills
- You will be organised and great with time management
- You understand the numbers and have sound revenue generating ability
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hospitality with at least 1 years in a senior manager role
- And of course, from the compliance angle you will need your LCQ/GM Certificate
