Your Role:

We are seeking a skilled Assistant Venue Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing high-volume food & beverage operations, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Your Responsibilities:

- Manage food & beverage operations during events and daily shifts
- Maintain inventory levels and manage stock ordering
- Develop and implement effective event strategies to drive sales and revenue growth
- Collaborate with the management team to ensure seamless event execution
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues promptly

Your Requirements:

- Two years of experience in a management role
- Exceptional Food & Beverage knowledge
- Ability to work nights & weekends
- Capacity to work in a team environment while leading from the front
