Te whiwhinga mahi | The Opportunity
The establishment of the Health Immigration Service has been developed to support overseas trained health workers and their families with their move to New Zealand. This has been developed to make the immigration process as easy as possible for them.
The primary purpose of the role is to provide immigration support and advice to health workers moving to New Zealand to work in the health sector. In addition, you will support the development of the policies, processes and guidelines that will ensure the Health Immigration Service runs efficiently and effectively to meet its goals.
This opportunity is a secondment/ fixed term for 6 months.
Mōu | About you
- Be a currently registered, fully licenced immigration advisor
- 3 years immigration advisory experience
- Experience at working within a large organisation
- Can work in an ambiguous and continually evolving environment
- Understanding/knowledge of immigration to NZ, and INZ policy and requirements
- Ideally a member of the New Zealand Association for Migration & Investment
