Our client seeks an energetic **Talent Advisor **for** **its award-winning law firm which works with some of the largest national and international clients to grow its business aspirations.

One rewarding aspect is leading the summer intern and graduate recruitment campaigns, where you can own the activations and influence the success of these programmes.

**Is this You?**

With mid-level experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes in the legal or professional services’ sector (agency or internal), this full-time role will suit someone who:

- Has demonstrated success with talent search and growing talent pools
- Displays humour, agility and strong interpersonal skills
- Is an exceptional communicator who values brand reputation
- Enjoys networking with professional associations, organisations and universities
- Adept at using systems to track and source applicants
- Has an eye for trends in digital recruitment
