This is a sole-charge role, with huge scope to put your mark on an expanding company of 100 people. There is lots of rapid growth happening within the company so building a team in future is within the realm of possibility.

Someone with experience in a high-risk Health & Safety role is advantageous. You will be educating smaller field teams, by creating and running trainings designed by you.

Another focus will be automating and systemizing. If you have a knack for scoping, and implementing Health and Safety technology and integrating it into the workday of staff then you will enjoy this role. We are looking for someone who is dynamic and operational who can really roll up their sleeves and create structure with system.

This business takes pride in their company culture, so someone who is engaging and wanting to be a part of the company’s growth is crucial.

Some national travel is required for this role for training, where transport and/or accommodation will be supplied.
