Internal Estimator

We are needing an **Internal Estimator **to join our Auckland team

As our **Internal Estimator **, you will be responsible for:

- Pricing up services and products required for the repair of system defects at existing customer premises
- Record information about system defects from field-based inspectors
- Liaise with customers, provide notification of system defects along with options for rectification
- Provide company standardised pricing where required
- Initiate follow up calls to customers to resolve outstanding issues
- Close all opportunities to an outcome as quickly as possible
- Achieve budgeted sales for revenue and gross profit

- Maintain good relationships with both internal and external customers
- Identify ways to improve business processes, services, and the professionalism of the company
- Contribute to the profitability of the business through the provision of accurate, timely, relevant, and insightful business information

**Who are we looking for?**
- Experience in the building services industry
- Technical aptitude
- Experience in fire protection industry is preferred but not required
- Relevant experience with the current building codes and NZ fire standards (NZS4541) would be advantageous
