**The Opportunity**

Join Aon NZ as an Instructional Designer on an 18-month fixed-term contract, where you'll be at the forefront of creating transformative learning experiences. This role involves designing and developing innovative solutions that drive measurable business outcomes, using modern learning principles and tools.
- Design and develop impactful learning solutions using modern methodologies.
- Utilize tools like Articulate Storyline and Rise to craft digital learning modules.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Create digital modules and supporting materials, ensuring accessibility.
- Evaluate solutions for continuous improvement.

**About You**:
We are looking for a qualified professional with experience in instructional design and adult learning principles. Proficiency in tools like Articulate Storyline and Rise, along with strong communication and project management skills, is essential.
- Qualified in Education, Instructional Design, or related field.
- Experienced in adult learning principles and proficient in relevant tools.
- Strong communication and project management skills.
