Te whiwhinga mahi | The opportunity We’re seeking experienced Process Engineers from Senior through to Associate level to join our trusted teams across New Zealand. You’ll be part of a multidisciplinary team delivering integrated solutions across water and wastewater treatment projects. In This Role, You Will Lead and contribute to engineering tasks, including design, analysis, tenders, and proposals Collaborate across disciplines to deliver integrated solutions Mentor junior engineers and share technical expertise Prepare high-quality documentation and engage with clients Hold or be working towards professional certification or chartership Continue developing your consulting, communication, and leadership skills We value excellent communication, teamwork, and stakeholder relationship skills. Ko wai koe | About you You’re a motivated engineer with a passion for water infrastructure and a collaborative mindset, eager to contribute to impactful projects and support junior team development. You’ll Bring A degree in process engineering At least 7 years’ experience in a consulting or utility environment, particularly in wastewater or water treatment plant process design Chartered status (preferred), or be actively working towards chartership A natural ability to build strong networks both within and outside the organisation You’ll enjoy working across multiple projects, mentoring others, and contributing to a team that values technical excellence and continuous improvement.
