**About the Opportunity**

Utilise your RF and EMC testing knowledge to ensure that our advanced radio products and accessories comply with all applicable RF and EMC requirements through testing and reporting results on IANZ endorsed reports. As a member of the laboratory's key technical staff, you will help maintain and improve laboratory measurement systems. You will collaborate with our engineering teams in the development of new products and features by providing timely advice on measurement issues.
- Assess compliance requirements and create test plans that satisfy these for the product under test.
- Prepare test samples and equipment and execute tests in accordance with the latest approved procedures detailed in the Laboratory Test Procedures manual.
- Report test reports to customers including compiling accredited test reports issued in accordance with the laboratory's current scope of accreditation.
- Support laboratory customers by providing measurement advice to help them diagnose compliance related issues for products tested by the laboratory.
- Support the Laboratory technical manager in maintaining measurement systems, ensuring that these are performing accurate and reliable measurements.
- Be a member of Laboratory Key Technical Personnel, supervising and signing off laboratory test reports and participating in IANZ technical audits.

**Skills & Experience**
- A tertiary qualification in electrical engineering or telecommunications.
- In depth knowledge of RF/EMC testing methods and testing standards.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to convey complex information accurately and effectively.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills are essential.
- Practical experience working in a RF or EMC testing laboratory would be advantageous.
