The Service Delivery Manager is a crucial Global role within the Digital Operations team, responsible for overseeing the efficient and effective delivery of digital services to internal and external stakeholders. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of projects and the ongoing maintenance of digital systems.

The Service Delivery Manager plays a pivotal role in driving the success of global digital services within the organization. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead and shape the delivery of cutting-edge digital solutions while fostering a culture of excellence and customer-centricity.

Key responsibilities will include;
- Build and maintain strong global relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior management, department heads, and cross-functional teams.
- Responsible for overseeing the resolution of global service disruptions, incidents, and problems, ensuring timely response, effective communication, and root cause analysis.
- Develop, lead and implement a comprehensive global service delivery strategy aligned with the goals and objectives of the organization.
- Manage and motivate a global team of digital professionals, providing clear direction, performance feedback, and opportunities for growth.
- Lead and manage global digital service delivery projects from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Manage all Digital Vendors Globally.**Ko wai koe? Who are you?**:
You will possess strong leadership, exceptional communication skills, and a deep understanding of digital technologies and operations. You will also meet the following selection criteria:

- University or equivalent degree in the field of computer science, information science, management information systems.
- ITIL certification or familiarity with IT service management frameworks is desirable.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in service delivery management, preferably in a digital operations environment.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- In-depth knowledge of digital technologies, IT infrastructure, and software development methodologies.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
