Our client is looking for a trainee technician to learn and develop skills around maintenance, repairs, and installation of commercial automated doors.

**Your new role**:
To undertake training and supervision from our experienced Door Technicians to be able to perform and complete maintenance, repairs, and installation task in a safe and efficient manner to a high standard.
- Repair and install door components
- Use tools ranging from common hand tolls and power tools
- Provide technical assistance and knowledge to our clients
- Support and help develop a positive workplace culture
- Demonstrate high standard of health and safety

**Requirements for your new role**:

- Excellent customer service
- Effective communication skills verbal and written
- Mechanically minded with good assembly skills
- Full New Zealand Drivers License and able to drive a manual and automatic

Applicants for this position should have NZ Residency or a valid NZ Work Visa.
- Central Christchurch City Location
- Monday To Friday - 8.30am Until 5pm
