Are you focused and pay attention to detail? Can you deliver an excellent service and plan to get our Technicians to the right location on the right day?

Rentokil Initial is looking for a self-motivated and energetic person who is keen to step into the role of Service Coordinator in **Christchurch**. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this is a pivotal role and you will be the "go to person" for the Hygiene team.

Our Hygiene team is responsible for washroom services, medical and clinical waste management. With over 100 years of experience driven by science we strive to meet the needs of businesses in an effective and innovative manner.

**_ In this role you will be:_**
- Supporting the team to ensure that the customer experience is up to scratch, your focus will be on service delivery through solid planning strategy;
- Communicating with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of service.
- Working closely with supervisors and technicians to continually review performance against Service delivery goals and ensure best practice;
**_To succeed in this role, you will:_**
- Have a "can do attitude" and be solution focused to always deliver for the Customer
- Have strong organisational and coordination skills, and a keen attention to detail;
- Be IT savvy and have good computer skills;
- Be a strong communicator, self-motivated and highly outcome focused;
- Have an outgoing personality and demonstrate a sound record of relationship-building and
- maintenance skills;
- Possess a strong work ethic, a sense of humour, and enjoy and share the thrills of winning as a team.
