**What will your typical week look like?**
- Manage full-cycle payroll processing and administration for a diverse portfolio of NZ-based clients, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and full compliance with employment legislation and client agreements
- Provide ongoing mentoring, training, and peer support to fellow team members, helping to build capability and foster continuous improvement across the teamAct as a key point of contact for stakeholders and clients, and play an active role in process improvement initiatives, bringing your expertise to help shape efficient and scalable payroll practices

**Let’s talk about you**
- Demonstrated experience in delivering accurate, end-to-end payroll services in a complex or multi-client environment
- Comprehensive understanding of NZ payroll legislation and compliance, including the Holidays Act and PAYE obligations
- Previous experience using different payroll and HRIS platforms (e.g. Datapay, iPayroll, IMS, Pay Metrics) and intermediate Excel skills
- An organised, self-managing approach to completing workflow and realising deadlines with excellent attention to detailThe ability to work independently, prioritise, and adapt in a fast-paced environment whilst still successfully communicating with the wider team
