CVICU stands at the forefront of specialized nursing care, grounded in clinical expertise, research, education, and innovation. As the National Center for Heart and Lung transplants, LVAD implantations, and ECMO, our 26-bed adult ICU excels.

This 24-hour service at Auckland City Hospital caters to elective and acute cases. We provide intensive care for a spectrum of **cardiac, thoracic, and vascular procedures**, offering unrivalled learning prospects in New Zealand.

Further, we foster professional growth through ongoing education and subsidized postgraduate studies. Experience a balanced work-life with our **12-hour shift rosters**. **Experience**
- Registered Nurse with Annual Practicing Certificate and at least 2-3 years post registration experience in **ICU/HDU** is preferred for this role.
