**Purpose**:
As an In-House Cleaner, you will be responsible for ensuring that all areas of our premises are clean, safe, and sanitized to meet company and health standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Clean and sanitize office spaces, restrooms, kitchens, hallways, and other common areas.
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors; clean windows, walls, and ceilings.
- Empty trash bins and dispose of waste safely.
- Replenish supplies in restrooms and kitchens.
- Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
- Clean and disinfect high-touch surfaces.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.
- Ensure all cleaning products and equipment are properly stored and used safely.
- Follow established cleaning schedules and routines.
- Adhere to health and safety standards.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial work is preferred.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
- Ability to follow instructions and cleaning procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Good physical condition and the ability to lift, bend, or stand for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, or weekends if needed.

**Working Conditions**:

- Work environment may include office buildings, public spaces, or industrial sites.
- Use of cleaning equipment and chemicals.
- Standing, walking, bending, and lifting may be required.

**Additional**
This position may require occasional overtime or shift changes based on cleaning schedules and specific needs.
