**Kōreromō te tūranga - About the role**:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyse customer requirements to ensure that the required solution can be developed, and we are able to enhance customer experience through various platforms and technologies.
- Collaborate on user stories within the Agile DevOps, ensuring high-quality builds are delivered within agreed-upon timeframes by following evolving requirements.
**Mōu - To succeed in this role, you'll need**:
- Ideally some experience using document composition software such as Quadient Inspire, OpenText or a similar.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in the document composition and design process for print and digital communication.
- Ideally, knowledge and experience working with prepress, printing and core colour principles, including the use of photoshop and other digital development tools. Including knowledge of print production, colours and fonts.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
- Thrive in a dynamic environment where priorities shift, and quality is paramount.
- Willingness to learn new technologies, tools, and methodologies to stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
