VC FIRST GROUP LIMITED is looking for a **Cleaning Supervisor** to join our team and help maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene across various commercial sites in Tauranga.

**Position**: Cleaning Supervisor
**Hourly Rate**: $28 TO 30.00 per hour
**Guaranteed Hours**: 30 per week
**Maximum Hours**: Up to 60 per week during peak periods
**Location**: Tauranga

**Responsibilities**
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff across multiple sites.
- Allocate duties and schedule shifts to ensure optimal coverage and efficiency.
- Inspect sites and completed work to ensure compliance with company standards and client expectations.
- Train new staff in cleaning procedures, health & safety, and use of equipment.
- Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment; order and restock as needed.
- Address staff or client concerns promptly and professionally.
- Prepare and submit reports on cleaning operations, staff performance, and incidents.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Perform cleaning duties when required to support the team or cover absences.

Liaise with clients to understand needs, resolve complaints, and improve service delivery.

**Requirements**:

- 1 years of team leading experience
- Full class 1 or equivalent license
- Able to driver manual vehicles
- Must be reliable and physically fit
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Must be legally entitled to work in New Zealand
- Previous cleaning experience preferred but not required
- Willingness to work weekends, evenings, early mornings shifts and public holidays if rostered
- Clear Criminal records and must pass drug and alcohol test
