Based at our Hamilton office you will be joining our National Fleet support team.

You’ll be focused managing and tracking insurable events through the complete cycle including claim management. Other day-to-day activities will include:

- Management of warranties, defects, repairs, maintenance, and compliance to maximise up-time.
- Proactively managing accidents and incidents whilst keeping our end users informed and mobile.
- Detailed analysis of data to ensure compliance to warranties, best practises and company policies.
- Evaluation of repairs completed, job scopes and extracting maximum value from our external supply network - ensuring effective cost management.
- Collaborating and contributing to team meetings to bring new ideas and assist with creating new and effective ways of working.

**Nga pūkenga matua | Important Skills**

As an experienced fleet coordinator, you’ll bring your attention for detail to our customers and major suppliers. You’ll couple this with:

- Experience in insurable event and claim management.
- Experience in managing assets which could include plant and equipment fleet.
- Experience in online fleet management systems e.g. EROAD
- Experience in supplier management
- Outstanding customer service.

In addition, it would be ideal if you had one or more of the following:

- Experience in fleet warranty and defect management
- Experience in accident management
- Experience in service management
- Experience in fleet auditing
