An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Facilities team for highly motivated Senior Facilities Advisor. Our Facilities team plays an important role in optimising the workplace experience and keeping the Treasury operating efficiently.
Kōrero mō te tūranga | About the Role
As a Senior Facilities Advisor you'll work across the full-range of administration and coordination activities that span right across the possibilities of a Facilities function, including but not limited too - property, security, procurement, international travel and health & safety.. This is a forward facing role where you will interact and build relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. This role has extensive operational responsibilities with a good mix of strategic and tactical activities.
This opportunity would suit a highly organised, people person who is looking to take the next step in their career as a facilities management professional. You'll be a high-performer with a customer-centric attitude who is capable of adding real value. The team will appreciate your friendly and collaborative style and your ability to engage and deliver.

- Effective planning and organisational skills, including time management and prioritising work in a complex environment
- A calm, methodical approach with an ability to think proactively and manage multiple deliverables
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with strong relationship management skills
- A high level of integrity, with practised judgment and discretion
- The ability to Self-start with a can-do attitude
- Openness to doing things differently, a desire to learn and the drive to continually improve with a growth mind-set
- Interest in or a background in travel and/or health & safety.
Ideally you will be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret (TS) security clearance for these roles. Ordinarily to obtain this level of clearance you must have a 10-year checkable background in countries where meaningful and reliable checks can be undertaken.
