**The Role**

As a Liability Underwriter you'll take charge of managing a portfolio of broker relationships to ensure excellent outcomes that support renewal retention and initiatives for securing new business.

You'll provide commercially sound, profitable underwriting solutions in line with your delegated authority level.

You will build strong relationships with brokers in your portfolio and will work closely with our team to develop and grow a profitable business.

What you'll need to succeed:

- A passion for underwriting liability risks and product innovation
- You'll be committed to providing excellent customer service with a high level of energy and an enthusiastic approach
- You will have excellent relationship-building skills, thrive on achieving results and work effectively as part of a team
- A good understanding of sales along with an understanding of the culture associated with broker negotiations
