**Job Description**:
**Kōrero mō te tūranga - About the role**

Roles like this don’t come around that often. You’ll get the opportunity to be an SAP expert while helping the Generation and Trading business to decarbonise. You’re literally making NZ a better place You’ll initially play a key role in Contact’s journey to SAP S/4HANA which will include the initial deployment of SAP Fiori. This will revolutionise the user experience of our Generation user community and provide a platform from which we’ll continue to grow and develop. Here’s a bit more to get your interest;
- Working closely with the Generation Asset Management team to identify opportunities for improvement with the SAP solution and then leading the implementation of the changes
- Identifying, resolving & managing assigned events, incidents and requests ensuring appropriate processes are followed and according to agreed service levels

We’re motivated to read stories on where your customer focus approach has helped you succeed coupled with your real-world experience. It will also put you in a strong position to successfully ensure Contact’s SAP solution is effectively supported, problems are closely managed, and the solution continues to deliver the required benefits. Specifically speaking, these are some skills you need to have;
- In-depth functional knowledge of core SAP Asset Management, including Plant Maintenance, Materials Management and DMS, backed up by five years’ experience in the development and support of a SAP Asset Management solution
- A working understanding of SAP Fiori, including Fiori Launchpad and Fiori Application adaption, and how it can be effectively used to enhance the user experience
- Demonstrated ability to analyse and design effective SAP solutions that achieve desired business outcomes
- Good understanding of systems development lifecycles (SDLC) and good practice SAP end-to-end development and implementation processes
- Ability to clearly convey information to colleagues and business stakeholders
