**Firstly, a bit about us**

Airways provides air traffic management services across 30 million square kilometres - this is one of the largest areas of airspace in the world. Within New Zealand, we operate aerodrome control services and flight information services in 19 locations throughout the country.

First and foremost, we enable air traffic management, keeping travellers safe in the skies. Beyond this, the smart technologies we employ bring a real difference to our airline and airport customers.
**The role**

As our new Digital Solutions Analyst, you will join our IT & Service Management team responsible for delivering best practice IT services and systems across the Airways. This role is all about navigating the way for digital workplace transformation and working collaboratively with architecture and other technology teams to achieve practical digital solutions that support our business and information needs.

You will be working as part of an agile team across various digital and software enhancements and design solutions. Providing 2nd tier helpdesk support, training and one-one-one support to business users and continuous improvement across the Office 365 systems and SharePoint.
**About you**

Of course, you have exceptional planning and organising skills and are a natural communicator with strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work collaboratively while juggling multiple priorities will see you go far in this role. Experience using the Service Now platform will put you one step ahead of the pack.

This role can be based in either Auckland or Christchurch, with a preference for being Christchurch based.
