**What does the Contracts Estimator do?**

Our Contracts Estimators have excellent numerical skills and an analytical mindset which sets them apart when preparing quotes, estimates, and assisting with tenders and sales enquiries.

Their natural ability to foster strong relationships with current and prospective customers, suppliers, and the wider Corys network is vital when following-up outstanding quotes, and purchase orders.

They use their in-depth industry knowledge to provide outstanding customer service and their commercial nous to keep a close eye on opportunities and changes in our competitive market all in the pursuit of growing sales

Your passion We want you to bring passion and energy to your role every day. You will be excited by the opportunity, getting to know customers and their needs, and present them with solutions and products that highlight exactly why Corys is the leading Electrical Wholesaler

Your excellent interpersonal & customer service, strong administration skills, and previous experience in a sales/estimating role will see you stand out. Your ability to work efficiently, accurately, and as part of a team will see you succeed in this role.

You have a keen eye for detail, are a whiz with Excel - numbers and accuracy excite you and can adjust your working style to get the job done. Adapting your approach for different customers naturally ensures you consistently put your best foot forward when representing the business.

Experience in a trade environment (both in distribution and end-customer environment) and the ability to understand electrical takeoffs will get you off to a flying start, but it is not essential.
