**Our Assistant Managers**:

- Assist the Store Manager with providing an excellent service to our Customers and Teams,
- Make Sushi, Bento Bowl hot meals, and other delicious Japanese food daily,
- Prepare ice, chicken, vegetables, and other fresh ingredients daily,
- Ensure essential store duties are completed to a high standard,
- Support the Store Manager with Shift Supervision, Ordering and Stocktaking, monitoring Inventory, and more.

Our Assistant Managers are required to work in a **Full-Time position** (40 - 42 hours per week) to ensure their Teams and Customers receive the support they need. However, your hours and days of work may vary, so applicants must be reasonably flexible with days and time.
