**About the Opportunity**:
Join a leading and iconic Kiwi company in their critical Retail Experience Lead role. You'll play a crucial part in driving the performance of retail stores across the largest region in the country, covering Auckland to the top of the North Island. This role focuses on relationship building and influencing, working closely with high-performing retail business owners and retail teams to achieve success.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and support a portfolio of retailers, ensuring alignment with brand values and driving growth strategies
- Utilize your EQ and exceptional influencing skills to cultivate trust and navigate intricate relationships with retail business owners
- Create customer value and foster innovation with retailers to drive competitive advantage
- Act as a bridge between retailers and the company, providing direction, support, and assurance for their growth and success
- Lead the retail offer to drive performance and maintain a safe workplace environment
- Build strong partnership relationships with retailers, focusing on collaboration and mutual success

**About You**:

- Proven experience in driving results and developing business, preferably in retail or consumer-related industries
- Experience in retail multi-site and scale operations, delivering customer-focused solutions to business owners or senior leaders
- Demonstrated commercial acumen, analytical skills, and understanding of retail operations, including H&S practices
- Exceptional ability to build partnerships that support business success, both internally and externally, through effective stakeholder management in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills to drive strategic thinking and execution
