Are you interested in a clinical leadership role to build and grow a community Neuro rehabilitation service?
ABI Rehab Wellington Community Service (based in Tawa) is looking for a physiotherapist or occupational therapist with experience in Neurorehabilitation and supporting/coordinating a multi-disciplinary team to join our service. Experience in mentoring, education, quality improvement and service development would be desirable.
As a Team Leader, you will be part of an exciting time as we continue to grow and develop our service. We are passionate about providing high quality evidence-based practice, a great team environment and collaborative working. You will be supported to develop the skills needed to excel in this role with a thorough orientation, ongoing training, and mentoring from management and clinical leadership. ABI Rehab offers competitive remuneration, including pay parity with public health care rates of pay.
**Minimum Requirements for this role**:
- A minimum of 5 years post-graduate experience
- NZ Registered Physiotherapist / or Occupational Therapist with Annual Practicing Certificate and Driver's License
- Experience in Neurorehabilitation and / or Concussion Management
- Excellent Communication, Time and People Management Skills
