An exciting opportunity exists to become a key part of our busy and successful Service Team in Wiri, as the Service Advisor.

This role will see you managing customer requirements for service and repair, including, making bookings, loading the workshop to capacity, monitoring work-in-progress, preparing and costing invoices; as well as all other duties to ensure our customers are receiving the highest standard of service. Opening and Closing Workshop jobs and preparing job cards for invoicing.

To be successful, you will need:

- A passion for customer service
- High level of Communication Skills
- A can do attitude, personal and friendly manner
- Impeccable time management and organisational skills
- Professional telephone manner
- Computer literacy and accurate data entry skills
- On-the-job training can be provided for the right individual
