- Our DKSH Services New Zealand business unit works in partnership with Ferrero Australia and has developed a strong track record marketing key grocery and confectionery brands such as Ferrero Rocher, Tic Tac, Kinder Surprise and Nutella.- Reporting to our National Business Manager, this role is responsible for managing the interface, the strategies and the relationship with Costco, Route, Petrol & Convenience, and 4 Square.**Key responsibilities**
- Develop and implement the company’s strategy for how the sales team meets sales targets and delivers on company expectations.
- Meet or exceed financial performance targets
- Identify opportunities for improving the sales processes
- Assist in the construction of sales strategies.
- Provide relevant competitor, marketplace and customer feedback to management and the sales team.
- Monitor and control trade spend in line with approved budgets.
- Initiate ways to improve the sales process.
- Build relationships with key influencers in the customer group
- Other tasks as required

**To be successful you will need**:

- Strong knowledge and experience of selling and the sales process in FMCG
- Experience in the Grocery sector - Key Account Executive experience
- Great organisational and planning skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- A natural ability to influence others and a passion for selling
- Ability to work through challenging issues and obstacles
