**About the Role**

A newly created position to drive the NNT brand in market through Wholesale, Uniforms and B2C customers in the New Zealand business. This person will work closely with brand merchandise and marketing teams to execute sales programs in channel with the support of the wider sales teams.

This will be achieved by motivating and influencing the sales team to meet sales, distribution, and profit objectives, through successful implementation of effective sales and distribution strategies and establishment/maintenance of appropriate sales performance monitors.

The role has responsibility for sales of NNT product in NZ and other brands and categories from time to time through channel partners.

**What you’ll be doing**
- Contributing to a positive culture within the greater WWG business by living within our core values, Accountability, Boldness, Customer First, Openness and Integrity
- To achieve/exceed sales, margin, profit and distribution budgets for NNT brand in NZ
- Work with key stakeholders to plan and execute sales, marketing and product programs in channel with the support of the sales teams
- Work closely with sales managers and sales team members to develop efficient and effective brand sales plans, range plans and opportunities for the NNT brand
- Work closely with Uniform Team in NZ regarding marketing, range, target markets and pricing to ensure optimal WWG NZ outcomes
- Prepare & implement activity designed to increase sales and/or market share - lead generation, sales quotes, target accounts, cold calls, advertising & promotional activity
- Monitoring and reporting on sales, activity & market analysis on brand growth
- Demonstrate leadership and governance in the areas of Trade Practices, Equal Opportunity and Code of Conduct with strict adherence

**What we’re looking for**

You will be highly commercial and possess strong communication skills to influence stakeholders at all levels. Along with your business acumen, you will have:

- Sales experience demonstrated through year-on-year achievement of sales targets
- Driven, enthusiastic and passionate about your work
- Brand ownership experience tasked with establishing a new Brand in Market
- Good understanding of marketing strategies
- Demonstrated ability to implement sales strategies and tactics
- Good commercial acumen
- Apparel background (preferred)
