**The Venue**:
***Bricklane Restaurant & Bar consistently delivers a quality dining experience complimented by an interesting selection of wines in a sophisticated, relaxed environment - with warm open fireplaces, a large bar area ideal for after work drinks, outdoor dining, and a private dining / function room catering for up to 40 guests for product launches, business lunches and board meetings.

***The Role**:
This role will be part of a large team and you will be someone who is not afraid of a challenge. You will confidently be able to run the Venue in the absence of the Venue Manager and help to motivate and lead the team to success.

***Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist with rosters and manage wage budgets
- Based on a 7 day roster there will be weekend and night work
- Ensuring venue presentation and cleanliness.
- Delivering profit through effective cost control management
- Understand financials and your impact on the P&L, whilst also being generous with your time.
- Venue Recruitment and selection
- Induction of new team members and ongoing training
