Corporate Analytics is responsible for unlocking the value of data and maximising insight to ensure great decision making at Auckland Transport and to support a culture of innovation and operational excellence. With a newly approved Data and Analytics Strategy for Auckland Transport and growth in demand for analytics, we are now seeking talented people to join us in the delivery of successful outcomes for Auckland Transport and the people of Auckland.

The Scrum Master is a pivotal member of our highly collaborative teams, working with Scrum teams, Project Managers, Product Owners, and other technical personnel throughout all phases of software implementation and project life cycles. You will lead and coach the teams in Agile principles with the goal of increasing the efficiency of the delivery teams and supporting them to deliver value.

You will bring 5+ years business or technology work experience in a large complex organisation and 2+ years as a practising Scrum Master. You will have proven skills in coaching and creating high performing teams, increasing Agile Maturity across multiple teams.

You will enjoy working collaboratively, contributing to the successful delivery of projects.
