We launched in 2013, and have grown to a global team of over 150 people who are motivated by next-generation technology and design. Currently, MEGA supports more than 260M global registered users, with desktop and mobile apps across all major platforms.

With new products and features being developed rapidly, we are looking for a Scrum Master to facilitate and lead Scrum ceremonies across multiple squads, helping coach teams to become self-managed and streamline their work process.

**About the role**

As a Scrum Master in our global team, you will work closely under our Agile Coach with multiple squads to help facilitate the implementation of Scrum into Mega.

**You will make an impact by**:

- Driving the implementation and training of our people in the Scrum agile approach, facilitating events such as sprint planning, refinements, and daily stand-ups
- Working closely with product managers to help convert their roadmaps into clearly stated backlog items
- Building a strong culture for the team to become more proficient in living with Scrum values
- Tracking and maintaining the Scrum team's documents and metrics
- This role can be remote, and we offer flexible work arrangements for employees based at our Auckland office

We’re seeking someone highly energetic, well spoken, able to influence a wide group of people in different squads with unique talents. You are engaging, driven, passionate, and this shows in how you bring people together and influence outcomes.

You take pride in your ability to effectively engage with diverse teams, facilitating their adoption of the Agile mindset, and adaptation from the current way of working, to one with a stronger focus on each person within the team, collaboratively taking accountability for specific activities and outcomes.

We’re after someone with a Scrum Master purist mindset. Whilst you may have come from QA, Development, or something similar, you’ve perfected the Scrum Master art, and this is where your true passions lie. You’ll back this up with Scrum Master qualifications or certifications, to show us your true dedication to this craft.

**You have**:

- A visible passion for agile and your energy is contagious
- International cultural awareness
- Understanding of SDLC and software development process
- Experience in establishing and running async and 100% remote scrum teams across different time zones
- Experience training and developing teams in the agile approach
- Proven experience in running multiple squads simultaneously

**Qualifications**
- An Agile industry certification such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM).
