We are looking for talent that has recently graduated, and/or spent up to a year gaining entry-level work experience in the IT industry, to join our paid virtual training program.

After the 14-week training program, you will join our team within the Autonomous Cloud Enablement (ACE) Services department as a delivery consultant. As part of our team, you will work with top clients across all of APAC. You will be responsible for delivering a wide range of services, from helping clients deploy our top-of-the-line monitoring and security platform, to providing enablement through targeted training sessions.

**Key Activities**:

- Analyze performance and availability trends and provide insights into those.
- Assist clients with troubleshooting and root-cause diagnosis of performance issues.
- Maintain and enhance dashboards and reports to meet the requirements of IT and business users.
- Provide services, such as state-of-the-art automation, training, and coaching, thereby growing the adoption of our solution.

**How we prepare you**

Our Professional Development Program (PDP) is an intensive 14-week training designed to educate and empower you. It will enable you to develop the necessary skills to engage with our clients as a delivery consultant confidently.

PDP provides you with a strong foundation of communication and presentation skills, consulting methodologies, technology (Dynatrace, and the ecosystems it monitors and interacts with, including automation) on which to build a career with us - many of our leaders started their careers at PDP.

You will join a team of 10-18 other students from around the world to learn from our industry experts. Our instructors are there to teach, coach, and ensure your success throughout your program.

You will be assigned a personal mentor from your future team, who will provide additional support and local advice.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related STEM discipline.
- Mastery of local language, written and spoken (additional languages are a plus).
- Eligible to work in the job location.
- Charismatic communicator (presentation skills are a plus).
- A passion for technology and continuous learning.
