**About the Role**

Our Applications Support Team is at the heart of ensuring our business runs smoothly through best-in-class technology solutions. We are looking for an Applications Support Analyst who can:

- Complete configuration changes, deliver enhancements and upgrades, create automated workflows with Dynamics 365 and other tools, document every change according to our information-management guidelines, and assist with testing.
- Maintain vendor integrations and support calls, escalate and resolve issues, and provide hands-on support during deployments and production operations.

**About You**

We're looking for someone with:

- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions, and in configuring and supporting CRM platforms.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
- Proven relationship management skills and the ability to build trust with internal and external stakeholders.
- Hands-on ability to facilitate and resolve complex business and technical issues.
- A relevant tertiary qualification or industry accreditation and knowledge of local/central government systems (desirable).
