**About the role**

Pacrite have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join their team. This position will be connected to each Department within Pacrite with the intention of providing support with overflow, administration, sales, ordering and processing, so being a go-getter, with positive communication and the confidence to make things happen are a must

The day-to-day tasks will include:

- PA and administrative support for the Managing Director
- Processing orders
- Monitor all back-order fulfilment and communicate delivery dates/schedule changes to clients
- Assist the sales team with quotes and costings
- Stock forecasting report preparation for inventory managed clients
- Production order support
- Assisting all Departments with administration, data-entry and general support
- Assist with product setup and checks - accurately linking documents, product file set up

The above tasks are likely to develop, especially with the right person in the role reflecting the skills and adding value to the team. This role is flexible, and Pacrite are open to providing school hours to allow for work-life balance.

**About you**

To be considered for this role you must be proficient in Microsoft Office and have administration experience; however it's a two-way street, so ultimately, having a winning attitude is what Pacrite are all about.
