We have an exciting opportunity for an Occupational Therapist to come and join our dynamic, innovative and supportive team at Geneva Healthcare - Work Solutions

- focused approach to suit specific needs.

Work Solutions is a team of expert health professionals who provide a comprehensive range of Vocational Rehabilitation Services (VRS) designed to prevent workplace injuries and help individuals recovering from an injury or illness successfully and safely return to work. Our dedicated vocational rehab services also help individuals to remain at work (Stay At Work), and become work ready.

We support clients’ return to optimal functioning and work, following injury or ill health so your broad experience would be valuable in this role.

**What you will bring | Nga tohungatanga mo tenei turanga**
- 2+ years experience as a NZ Registered Occupational Therapist, post graduate qualification in Vocational Rehab preferred but not essential
- Experience in, or a passion to develop skills in vocational rehabilitation
- Understanding of, and commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi
- Current NZ Registration with NZOT
- Passion to continue to learn and grow
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team
- An awareness of Health Legislation and the NZ health funding systems
- Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 including booster
