No prior experience required but would be an advantage. - On-the-job training will be provided if you are the right Sushi Cook. - Positive attitude and ability to thrive under pressure. - Have passion for the sushi and hospitality. - Have excellent food hygiene and safety awareness. - Ability to work independently and in a team. **Responsibilities**: Ensuring the daily smooth operation of the sushi. Cutting, slicing, and filleting different types of fish. Preparing various types of sushi dishes according to established guidelines on quality, portion size, presentation, and food safety. Ensure quality of sushi are always delivered at the highest standard and present to customers in a timely manner. Assist chefs in planning sushi menus and creating recipes. Assist with stock management, food cost control and monitoring of wastage Keep kitchen tidy and clean to meet health and hygiene regulations. Manage frozen and fresh food. **In return King Sushi will offer**: A stable position in Wellington CBD. A supportive and friendly team environment.
