We feel that exceptional performance marketing is equal parts savvy media buying, analytics and creative talent and you will be at the forefront of this intersection. You'll be employee 23 We're incredibly grateful and excited to be working with over 180 epic brands across NZ, AU, the US and UK. **As the Growth/Performance Marketer you will be reporting to the Head of Marketing;** **What will you do**: - Develop a performance marketing and direct response advertising function that can deliver on our ambitious brand and revenue goals across all digital paid channels (search, display, paid social, video, mobile, sponsored content, lifecycle and affiliate) along with CRO efforts - Be at the forefront of testing new messaging and positioning hypotheses, as well as international expansion, understanding the nuances across our personas and global markets (NZ, AU, USA, UK and more) - Elevate our marketing automation programme, providing the key link between marketing and sales journeys and ensuring key customer journeys are operating smoothly (you’ll know how to move prospects from Problem Aware -> Solution Aware -> Product Aware) - Collaborate with our best-in-class Marketing Team to balance brand awareness with an emphasis on driving positive ROI from a highly-optimised mid-low funnel - Devise ways to work with our Product and Sales team to build campaigns that truly resonate with our customers' pain points and needs - Establish a weekly test-measure-learn feedback loop (you’ve got to be experiment-obsessed) **That’s the role, so who are you?** - A kind, smart and genuine human, who’s excited to grow - 5yrs+ in a digital growth/paid acquisition or similar role where you have developed and delivered complex digital projects including websites, automation and integrations - Strong experience with Google Analytics (and GA4), heat mapping, scroll mapping and tools such as Google Data Studio, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Zapier, Hubspot Marketing, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Ahrefs and Hotjar - You approach marketing with every aspect of the customer journey in mind, not just a single interaction - we want to elicit joy for marketers, EVERYWHERE. You know the best targeting isn’t worth much without great content and brand - Proven experience creating and optimising customer journeys - both lead generation and nurture - we’ll want to see your past playbooks for paid media campaigns across Google Search, Google Display, LinkedIn, YouTube and emerging platforms - A track record of delivering conversion rate/funnel improvements across digital campaigns - Someone excited to be the real point-of-call for all things digital/growth marketing related - you’ll have a real opportunity to share knowledge amongst the marketing, and wider team **Why this role is exciting** Tracksuit is a rocketship and you'll be building a brand that makes a genuine impact on the marketing ecosystem, and the careers of our customers.
