Auckland City, New Zealand ASB Bank Full time

**Join ASB's Future Me graduate programme in Feb 2025 and shape your future**

**Kia ora, Talofa lava, Kia Orana, Malo e lelei, Fakalofa lahi atu, Bula Vinaka and Namaste**

At ASB, we help New Zealanders every day get one step ahead.

Our graduate programme isn't just about gaining experience - it's about discovering your unique potential within ASB. We believe in seeing you for who you are, backing your aspirations and lifting you to new heights as you grow with us.

**Te Whiwhinga mahi | The opportunity**:
ASB's Future Me Graduate programme is a truly unique experience. A permanent position from day one, the programme promises to challenge, inspire, support and develop you as you begin your career. Whether you are part of the rotational offering, or refining your skills in a specialisation, the programme will take you on an 18-to-24-month journey through the complex and ever-changing world of banking.

During the programme you'll be matched with a Grad Sponsor, who will be with you throughout the journey, as well as gaining expert insight and support from our Future Me team.

You'll work with everyone from fellow Grads to General Managers, Business Analysts to the CTO - there is really no limit to the talent and experience you will be exposed to. Once you 'graduate' from the Future Me Programme, you will have developed an exceptional toolkit to take with you as you enter your post-programme role within ASB.

All we ask is that you bring your whole self, and an open mind to the work you do. Join us on the path to accelerate progress of all New Zealanders.

**What you'll do**
- Immerse yourself in the regulatory side of banking
- Support ASB through awareness and communication of emerging changes
- Learn about how we foster trust and confidence with stakeholders including customers, regulators, and government officials
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of ASB's strategy, constantly aligning this with our purpose.

**Te mahi ki ASB | Working for ASB**

ASB is grounded in our values (caring, integrity, passion, courage and united). They guide our day-to-day interactions with our team, customers and community. They are what makes ASB - ASB.

We offer a flexible and supportive work environment as well as an open and inclusive culture; a place where we welcome and value your individuality, ideas and goals.

We're all about personal and professional growth, and making work more satisfying, and a way we show our support is by giving our people access to benefits over and above what we pay.

ASB and Hato Hone St John have been in partnership since 2008, with ASB staff volunteering on Area Committees for Hato Hone St John, as Caring Callers, and providing help with fundraising. All ASB branches are equipped with an AED (Automatic Heart Defibrillator) and have AED-trained staff ready to help, should the need arise.

ASB is also committed to supporting the next generation to live life one step ahead. As Youthline's Principal Partner, ASB wants all young people to know that it's okay to seek help, and that Youthline is available to offer support for free.
