Our North Island client is at the forefront of innovation and success. Due to constantly pushing the boundaries of excellence and creativity, they seek the services of a Business Optimisation Lead to design and implement strategies to enhance the performance and profitability of their organisation.

In this newly created role, you will be responsible for driving continuous improvement and operational excellence across the organisation. You will work with various stakeholders to identify and implement solutions that enhance efficiency, quality assurance, customer satisfaction, and profitability. To succeed in this role, you will need to have strong analytical, communication, and leadership together with project and change management skills. You will also need to have a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced and complex environment.

A minimum of 5 years’ experience working as a business analyst or similar role is necessary. Having achieved a bachelor's degree in Business, or Economics, you will have the ability to analyse and solve problems. You will be proficient in project management software and business analytical tools.

This role can be based out of Auckland or Hamilton.
