**The Opportunity | Te Kōwhiringa**
The **Stakeholder/Communications Manager **is a key role, based from our Harewood, Christchurch office, integrating effective stakeholder engagement strategies across the Region.

In this role you will;
- Minimise any disruption caused by the execution of contractual activities, through proactively liaising with customers, to achieve positive outcomes and experiences.
- Ensure relationships with key stakeholders are established, maintained and managed, throughout the contractual period through the development and implementation of the agreed communication plans.
- Achieve a high level of customer, stakeholder and client satisfaction across operations in the region.

You’ll be a dynamic, level-headed and flexible professional, as well as someone who is extremely organised and has excellent people and time management skills. You’ll also bring with you:

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- A proven track record in providing excellent customer service with superb relationship management skills
- Experience with stakeholder identification, analysis and engagement strategies
- Demonstrated problem solving skills and use of initiative Negotiation skills
