Our experienced team at Habit Health's Wellington CBD branch is looking for a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join their multidisciplinary clinic to support people the way they deserve to be taken care of - the Habit Health way.

This is a role open to all skill levels. If you are looking for a training and mentorship opportunity, we can provide it to you. If you are a mid-career OT looking to work towards a more leadership intensive role, we can provide you with those opportunities too.

Our OTs work on a variety of contracts including Social Rehab, Vocational Rehab and Pain. There are many streams to grow in and lead from.

**Main responsibilities**:

- Develop / implement in-clinic and community rehabilitation programmes
- Liaise with allied health team members in a supportive MDT
- Create patient reports on client abilities, goals and best practice intervention
- Utilise diary management software

- Experience in Pain Management or social rehab would be beneficial but not essential to this role
