**About You**

You're a team player who works well with people from all backgrounds with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent phone manner
- Customer service experience
- Detail orientated
- Reliable and willing to learn
- Great problem-solving ability (able to learn technical trouble-shooting)

**What you'll do**
- Be the main point of contact for customers
- Manage & record customer orders and queries
- Process orders and deal with delivery requests
- Liaise with production, logistics and specialist engineering teams to ensure service and trouble-shooting is at its best
- Build excellent client and customer relationships
- Assist our small, tight-knit logistics team with general tasks as needed
- Help develop and improve customer service processes and procedures
