We are looking for support for our team. As work picks up our operations need to adapt to this change. We have multiple positions available for Rental Operations Agents to be the face of our business

**About the Role**

From our customer counter you will greet and interact with customers, market products and services and complete rental transactions, contracts and bookings.

To ensure our customers always get the best experience, you will also be required to inspect vehicles for damages and assist with the cleaning of our vehicles from time to time.

**What we are looking for**:

- Full, clean, valid class 1 driver’s licence is essential for this role
- Previous experience within retail, hospitality, customer service or similar roles
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while delivery exceptional customer service
- Comfortable learning and using various computer systems to accurately input rental information (training will be provided)
- Ability to follow procedures and adhere to company guidelines and standards

As we operate 7 days a week, from 7 am to 7 pm, where you will be scheduled to work as per our rotating roster that will include at least one day per weekend.

In a full-time position, we would schedule 5 x 8 hours shifts per week and casual would be on an ad hoc basis as and when required.
