We are currently looking for an experienced Multi-Store Manager to oversee daily operations across our three locations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows. With operations seven days a week, strong management skills and a high level of responsibility are essential for this role.

At Star Dry Cleaners, we specialize in the meticulous care of couture garments. Our expert team is trained in the delicate handling of high-end fashion, ensuring each piece receives the utmost attention.

**What we offer**:
**A Full-time permanent role - 30 minimum guaranteed work hour per week**

**The rate of pay or salary: $29.66 to $31 per hour**

**Key Task & Responsibilities**:

- Ensure efficient and effective dry cleaning operations
- Manage and coordinate day-to-day activities of dry cleaning staff
- Train and supervise dry cleaning staff to ensure quality services
- Inspect finished dry cleaning to ensure quality control standards are met
- Manage inventory of dry cleaning supplies and order new supplies when necessary
- Manages retail establishment finances, including budgeting and financial reporting
- Develops and maintains relationships with suppliers, and negotiates contracts and pricing
- Implements marketing and promotional activities to attract and retain customers
- Address customer concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
- Manage employee schedules, to include setting hours and timesheets

**Requirements and skills**:

- A minimum of three years of experience working in a retail environment, with a focus on customer service.
- Some prior experience in a managerial role is preferred, with a background in a dry cleaning facility or a related industry considered advantageous.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to manage and train a team of employees
- Being friendly and easy-going to excel in a customer service environment
- Knowledge of dry cleaning equipment and chemicals
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain high cleaning standards
- Ability to handle and resolve customer complaints
- Familiarity with inventory management and ordering supplies
- Ability to speak multiple languages is a valuable asset, as our primary clients come from the local and Asian markets. Proficiency in languages such as English, Japanese, Cantonese, or Mandarin is highly preferred. Additionally, being able to communicate in Chinese would be helpful for managing and interacting with most of our employees who speak the language.
- Ability to work 7 days a week, including variable hours such as early mornings, late nights, weekends, and/ or holidays
- Willing and able to travel to multiple locations for work.
