Firth is a leading supplier of ready mixed concrete, masonry products and premix to the construction industry either directly or through building product distributors. It has over 2,500 active customer accounts and products are used across all building sectors and environments. Firth has a team of approx. 700 people, working in 80 sites throughout New Zealand. It's divided into three product groups and 2 BUs Firth Certified and Firth Masonry & Dricon.

**Ko tā mātou mahi | Our Role**
- Managing and lead the distribution of products nationally
- Lead the Customer Service function.
- Champion innovation of process, supply chain and product through customer feedback.
- Coordinate sales forecasting and inventory to meet the DIFOTIS (Delivery in full on time in specification) targets.
- Develop supply chain infrastructure.
- Work to continuously find innovative ways to reduce the delivery costs across the country.
- Promote and lead a working environment that achieves zero harm for our staff and others that we interact with.
- Engage, motivate, and develop your team and foster a good work culture
- Being a champion of our systems and processes to enable you to manage operations efficiently and effectively, including commitment towards continuous improvement

**Ngā Pūmanawatanga Ōu | What You Will Bring**
- 5+ years of experience in Logistics and/or supply chain management
- Demonstrate success in building relationships and effective communication skills
- Able to deliver complex messages with confidence and clarity
- Be an analytical problem solver, able to identify, gather and evaluate information to resolve problems in a timely manner.
- Maintain a sound understanding of and comply with Health, Safety, Environment and Injury
- Management policy, procedures, instruction, licenses and values
- Ability to work across organisation functions and teams.
- Sense of accountability, responsibility, and commitment to 100% compliance.
