**About the Role**
Hauora a Toi - Bay of Plenty is searching for a dedicated and skilled Clinical Nurse Coordinator to take on a leadership role within our Wahanga Piripoho - Neonatal Unit based at Whakatāne hospital. This position offers a unique opportunity to combine clinical expertise with leadership responsibilities, ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality care for infants and their family/whānau.
As Clinical Nurse Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in creating a supportive and efficient practice environment. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure evidence-based practices are upheld, fostering a culture of excellence and compassion within the unit.
This permanent, part-time position (20 hours per week) offers a unique balance of leadership responsibilities and hands-on clinical care, making it an ideal role for someone passionate about advancing neonatal care.

**About you**
- Current Annual Practicing Certificate, with a postgraduate nursing qualification (preferred).
- Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
- Commitment to evidence-based clinical practice and a safe care environment.
- Competency with te ao Māori, tikanga, and te reo Māori or a commitment to starting your journey and taking ownership of your learning and growth.
