- Perform scheduled maintenance under the direction the Service Management team.
- Fault find and problem solve.
- Help our customers make informed purchasing decisions by providing your consultation and expertise.
- Perform Safety Reviews and Visit Reviews and ensure that next steps are documented.
- Attend to customer emergencies and breakdowns as required.
- Demonstrate professionalism and a strong work ethic while continuing to be an advocate and ambassador of our brand.
- Demonstrate a positive attitude & willingness to learn.
**Key skills and requirements for the role include**:
- Electrical Trade License essential
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both our customers and our service technicians.
- Must be customer focused.
- Drivers Licence and willingness to travel
- Safety conscious
- Working at Heights
- Elevated work Platform Ticket (desirable)
You will have all the tools at your disposal to perform the retrofits and preventative maintenance necessary to keep our cranes safe and customers happy.
